Rolling Hills is a home rule city in the northeastern portion of Jefferson County off Westport Road just 11 miles from downtown Louisville. The City operates under the statutes of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and is guided by an elected Mayor and City Commission. In the most recent census the population was 959.
