Resolutions

Resolutions as duly passed by the City Commission of Rolling Hills are made available via this page in accordance with Statutes of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. As resolutions are approved, they will be posted here. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding one of the resolutions, please contact a city official. You will find the resolutions listed by the reverse chronological order. Note that some resolutions may cover a specific period while others may be perpetual in nature.

Resolution 1, Series 2021-2022 - A resolution authorizing the City of Rolling Hills to use the Standard Allowance for the Local Fiscal Recovery Fund and to amend and to authorize payment of KIPDA's fee from ARPA funds. Click here to download and/or view.
